Strip Him Down, Rub Him Right

1. NECK- Stand in front of him as he sits in a chair, and lightly rest your hands on either side of his neck, just under his ears. Slide your hands backward using medium pressure so they meet just below the nape of his neck. Repeat this motion several times.
2. SHOULDERS- Ask him to lie on his back, and place a thumb on either side of the base of his neck. Gently press your thumbs into his muscle, moving on the diagonal down to just above his armpit. Return to start, and repeat.
